• Processors: We process in Tasmania Australia, crayfish (live and cooked) oysters (largest in NSW) and fish to customer's requirements.

• Distributors/Suppliers to other Wholesalers and the hospitality and catering industry.

• Microbiological Analysis can also be supplied upon request and is conducted to ensure the highest quality. We do tests for Ecoli and listeria (conducted by Western Food Laboratories in Sydney - 02 9764 8222).
